Helping out within my local community of animal lovers and protectors is something I take great pride in. As many are aware, we are in a crisis with over populated animal shelters, at-capacity rescues, and more strays just wondering the world than we know what to do with. Part of being a pet photographer is giving back to improve the lives of all animals in any way I can. I will always advocate for "ADOPT DON'T SHOP" (<--- click the link!)
Since the start of my new venture, I have been blessed to make some great connections with rescue organizations within the local and national community! Here are just a few of our recent connections!
**If you are a rescue or know of a rescue that is in need of a photographer to help promote shelter/rescue pets, please contact me! I would love to help!**
We are a 501 (c)(3) in Coweta county with many combined years of rescue among us. Hearts 'n Homes is dedicated to the dogs and puppies most at risk; we will work to find approved adopters, fosters, or reputable rescue for transport.
In 2020 we were able to save over 210 dogs. We could not do it without the help of our fosters, volunteers, donors and supporting rescues.
Our vision here at NCHS is that one day all adoptable pets will have a safe and loving home and altering pets will be the norm to help pet overpopulation end in Coweta County.
Our mission is to advocate for animals, support the community, and enhance pet/owner relationships through spay/neuter programs, fostering, and adoption services. We will participate in community education and outreach; help injured & sick animals that would otherwise be euthanized in Coweta County.
The ASPCA® (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals®) has been at the forefront of animal rescue and protection since our founding as the first animal welfare organization in North America in 1866. For more than 150 years, we have been the leading voice in animal welfare, bringing the critical protection of animals to the forefront of society.
We’ve led the way in fighting cruelty, rescuing and securing adoptions for animals in need, and driving significant legislative change that protects their lives and welfare—ultimately transforming how Americans value and care for animals.
